- TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Anita is equipped with an integrated coffee grinder with Ø 38 mm conical burrs that guarantee constant and precise grinding thanks to the stepless micrometric adjustment that can be regulated via the side knob
- FOR A PROFESSIONAL BREWING: The manometer checks coffee delivery pressure: the green area, between 8 and 12 bar, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand if the phases prior the brewing have been correctly executed
- STEAM AND HOT WATER: The multidirectional wand with anti-burn handle delivers hot water and steam, for a foam like the bar. Both water and steam functions can be activated by the front buttons and adjusted by the side knob
- EASY MONITORING OF THE WATER: The water level in the tank can be monitored by the windows on the front and the side of the machine
